「There was a calm, genteel feel to the hotel and grounds, a sense of grandeur past. The staff were helpful and polite. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed having a leisurely breakfast in the gardens. It would have been good to have some help taking heavy bags up the stone stairs as there did not seem to be a lift/elevator.」

「It would be better if the breakfast is included with the price. The front desk is closed at 11 pm, so arriving late causes problems.」

「Plenty of parking space outside. Staff is very nice and sweet (the ladies). Must take their breakfast! It was great with wide selection and many fresh fruits. We arrived late and therefore we had dinner at their restaurant as well. The young lady serving us is very attentive and helpful. She tried her very best to explain us the menu in English. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo with her but I will always remember her smile and sincerity.」

「Personnel à l'accueil très accueillant. Problème est le manque de respect des voyageurs à parler très fort dans les couloirs tard le soir ou très tot le matin avec des portes qui claquent à répétition (on se demandait d'ailleurs pourquoi autant de porte claquaient , on aurait dit un concert de celui qui claquait le plus fort ). Chambre moyennement propre au sol et la télé ne fonctionnait pas (il manquait les cables). 」
