「I booked based on the great reviews. However, this property is really old. Facilities are not 5 * . The service was pretty haphazard . Despite checking in with Amex the reception failed to state they don’t accept Amex meaning I had to pay via online banking , not a huge issue but missed out on reward points and no detail from the team when checking in what was / was not accepted and even took hold payment from Amex - truly odd. Reception staff were totally unhelpful. I was overcharged for the...

「We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vozina. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Nikoleta at the reception. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable, and if we choose this hotel again in the future, she will be one of the main reasons why. At check-in, we were also given great recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants, which made exploring the area much...

「Great beach, rooms and most common areas very clean. Staff courteous. Outdoor areas generally well kept. Told that drinking tap water in rooms would be at own risk, yet charged for glass of water during meal! During showers in room stood in2 to 3 inches of grey water beause drain pipe plugged. Went to call house keeping, discovered phone did not work. Went to front desk to ask for phone, never arrived!」

「Our stay at Gkeea Hotel in Ierissos, Greece, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for in every possible way. The hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Our room was spotless every day, with outstanding housekeeping and attention to detail that made our stay incredibly comfortable.
