「Very unique property. Loved the design. Staff fantastic. Food excellent. We spent well over $1,000 per night and room was not soundproof to adjacent room. Could hear them talking, phone ringing, coughing and even passing gas. I would not stay there again for this reason.」

「The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.」

「I will start my review by saying that Gabriel our Expedia rep was amazing. Our vacation started off terribly because WestJet had delayed our flight and we weren’t able to get there until a day later than expected. Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and told we had been upgraded. We were brought to the Krystal Grand lobby where Gabriel then took over he made our experience great even after 2 long days of travel. I cannot say enough good things about this resort it was...

「This small boutique hotel is the perfect getaway run by a fantastic family who have been in San Jose del Cabo for decades. Each of the 16 rooms has a balcony with gorgeous views of beach and the Sea of Cortez- we were there in January and the weather was great and the beach was often deserted/ 」

「Beautiful location right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but only had a couch in the living area. There was no coffee table or end tables to set anything so we brought small table and chairs in from the balcony. There was a fair amount of street noise and on the weekends large empty lot next door becomes a local partying area. Vans with large speakers blasted music and the police came on one of the evenings. Too bad because this ws otherwise a very nice stay.」
