「The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.」

「The staff was really accommodating and their service was great. Food at the restaurants were pretty good and the buffet had a large variety. The property definitely needs new furniture but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. Nice pools and very walkable. The Belair is a sister property with Krystal grand so all of the amenities are shared.
