「The room is not clean enough, there are small insect on the floor. This is my first time to found small insects ar room. Service is nice, people are helpful, but the equipment always down like the door lock.」

「Location was convenient for most things. Apart from easy taxi availability, very near to the local tram stop. Excellent breakfast and other onsite restaurants, especially the Khyber for authentic quality Indian cuisine. Only minor criticism is the lack of USB sockets in the bedrooms, and main outdoor pool was few minutes walk from main hotel building.」

「We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class." 」

「Stayed at Arabic Court. Unique and incredibly beautiful feels genuinely like an Arab palace. Very exclusive feel. Never felt crowded. Service from check in to pool to restaurants was outstanding. I've been to dozens of resorts across the world this is definitely one of the best. World class. Rarely write reviews but felt cpelled to in this case it was so great 」
