"Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends "

"The reception was fantastic, very informative and helped make us reservations in their restaurant which was excellent. The 2 issues was it took over 5 minutes to get hot water and did not last. The guest room beds had some some dirt on the sheets that we were able to get off but was not as expected. "

"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. "The property and rooms were really nice and comfortable. Location is also beautiful. Strangely, we were not able to find any staff on Sunday for the entire day. "This hotel is literally next to rje train station and yet it is very quiet. You cannot hear any sirens, train noise, or people. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. If I would have any complaints at.all, it's that they don't have any USB Outlets.Being a c ube or EU adapters fo r your charging cords. "
