"Ben at the reception who greeted us warmly was trying very hard to find us a quiet room. In the end, he upgraded us to a better room. Our room was spacious, very clean with comfy beds and well appointed furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the White Swan."

"Great property - the executive lounge access was well worth it. We would stay here again. A little challenge with English support, but staff always found someone. Room is clean and quality. Great for access to the Chimelong parks. 10 min taxi ride, and lots of dining options for dinner in the connected shopping mall."
