「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard....

「Great location in centre of Adeje area. Modern, impressive 5 star hotel. Mainly suitable for families. However there were sufficient pool & sunbathing areas for ‘ Adults only’. Staff were friendly & attentive & place was well managed. 」

「Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again.」

「Had a lovely 7 nights here end of Feb, and very much appreciated the adults-only affair here. Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel). Turns out at least the Level one is also heated - didn't spot that until we got there! The room's were spacious and spotless, and always topped up as needed. 「The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help.」
