「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. 」

「The hotel is beautiful. It looks plain upon arrival but once you enter, it is. The staff was so ridiculously nice. I want to live there. The food was okay. Nothing special, but the staff, again was so wonderful, i did not care. We found enough to eat every meal. I higly recommend the animation staff was my favorite part. Such friendly people. The activities were so much fun. I will be back.sandwiches at the snack bar.. The nimat an oasis. Simply beautiful 」

「We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them. The staff were all so friendly and service was very good.The lady on concierge (sorry I can’t remember her name ) was really helpful. Lots of restaurant recommendations and she will book a table for you. It’s a 15 min walk to La Caleta which has lovely restaurants and about the same walk the other...

「A minha expectativa já era alta depois de ler as avaliações. Chegando no resort conseguiram supera-las. O atendimento de todos do resort é feito com muita atenção,todos são muitos calorosos. Mesmo sendo um resort de grande escala fez nos sentir em em um ambiente acolhedor. As instalações são lindas,minha filha de 2 anos brincou muito no parquinho e nos toboáguas. A comida é um assunto a parte,simplesmente maravilhosa,todos adoraram,tudo muito saboroso e variado. Eu vi comentarios anteriores...

「The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help.」

「This could easily be the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in their sister hotel, Royal Gardens, two years ago and were allowed to use the facilities here. Ever since then, I’ve wanted to come back and stay, and it didn’t disappoint. The whole ambience is the biggest selling point, so peaceful and green with incredible facilities. The river villas with swim up private pool are excellent. Staff were very friendly, great food options and plenty of space around the two...

「hotel outdoors and employees were great, absolutely top service and friendliness, breakfast excellent, restaurants were at most mediocre , we tried all three available , food quality needs to be improved, menu choices too, all dishes are overloaded with ingredients to look fancy but one cannot taste the food anymore as it is a big mix of everything covering up the taste of the main food. The very friendly waiters and the excellent wines made up for the disappointing foods」

「Villa de 2 hab. Totalmente equipada y muy espaciosa y piscina privada. El desayuno esta bien pero al ser una sala sin ventanas no se siente que esta uno en zona de playa. Notamos que cambian las toallas aunque se indique que no y esto no es muy ecologico y recomendados a pesar de ser gran lujo establecer una política al respecto」
