「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...

「The hotel seems rather tired these days - decor and furnishings. Our first room was cramped. We upgraded to a much better room however it had no working heating - portable electric heater provided, the sink was blocked and the lights inside the wardrobe would not switch off on closure. Breakfast was very good and staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Parking overnight in the centre of Brighton is hugely expensive (£40 +) 」
