「The experience was amazing for my first time with the hotel. I did expect beter service and quality of it. Some of the room issue were cleaning which i ask for twice」

「The property is gorgeous and the staff was very attentive and pleasant.The food was not great. The lobster roll is terrible. It appears to be sautéed with so many spices and pumpkin seeds that that lobster could have been a tofu substitute and we would have hardly known the difference. The breakfast arrived cold due to the difficulty that they have getting the food from the basement kitchen onto a busy elevator. (Explanation we received.). Seems to me that they need a better system.」

「The location is great! The hotel is historic and has a beautiful lobby. The only thing is that there is no super market in that area if you want buy some fruit or dairy stuff you’ll need to take a Uber.The restaurant is just fine .」

「The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is good, but the air conditioner in the room is loud, and there is also the sound of running water, the shower head cannot be held by hand, it is very old. More importantly, the adjustment function of the shower faucet is not normal, and the water pressure is also low.」

「The only “if” about this Rosewood are the super expensive meals offered for breakfast, lunch, dinner. I realize Cut is a Puck restaurant…but still, extremely overpriced!! The property and location are awesome.」
