"This was an incredible experience. Zoa was very attentive to all of my questions prior to our getaway; they made me feel secure, welcome, and excited about choosing them. Solomon and Victor are fantastic; they reached out a day before our arrival to make sure all of the questions were answered. They sent us menus, maps, and so much more. The property itself is stunning, and I loved being onsite. The food is absolutely delicious; I wanted to eat all my meals thereafter I tried the first dish....

"Casa Yati, what a find. A property with only 8 rooms, in the most amazing beach. Comfortable rooms, great cocktails and food. Slow life, highly recommendable. You can hear the waves while you sleep"

"This is a great place! However, it should be advertised that the walk to the closest beach is closer to 20 minutes and you need to find the trail that shortens it from double that. Also, there are no glass windows. They only have shutters, so your windows are open OR you need electric lights on. The electric went out twice, but only for a couple of hours. We ran out of water and they answered our message immediately and showed up at night to fix it as fast as they could! We would definitely stay...

"We had an amazing time. The owner Lizzy is an absolute doll and made one heck of a getaway! We were blown away by the art, the adorable cats, and the easy check-in and check out. We even were able to shop for some souvenirs in the lobby which was nice considering we had a quick turnaround. She even gave us some really good recommendations for beaches and sunset spots, Lucy and Reina were helpful too! Shout out to Tribu tacos in town they kept us well fed and was a 5 min walk from the hotel....

"The views from Hotel Ruunda are AMAZING!!! But … construction hasn’t been completed and the description is inaccurate: there are NOT individual pools, nor is there free transport to the beach! The road to get there is insanely steep - in fact impassable to several taxis. There is also no dinner served. So, we had to go to town for dinner and hike up the steep steep “driveway” at night. "
