"Very central with access to dining options close to the hotel."

"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit fresh pastries, eggs, bacon. The building has 30 floors. We were on floor 15. Quite with a balcony. The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The 4th floor of the mall has some great (white table cloth) restaurants. Overall the rooms are ok and functional. You are nit going to impress your wife with the first...

"The hotel was ok, the rooms and hallways were very "institutional" but the common areas were quite nice. Ate in the restaurant twice and it took well over an hour to get our food both times so be prepared. Unfortunately, there is not much in the area, and it is not very walkable. "

"Really nice hotel with great staff. The restaurant should have more options in the menu for lunch and dinner (the breakfast is great, tough). I recommend it and will probably be back soon. The internet connection is very good and reliable."

"The friendliness of the service at this hotel was outstanding. They were helpful, the hotel was clean, the restaurant and the bar on the premises were a hit. The pool, the ambience, the location, pretty much everything exceeded our expectations. I would recognize every single one at the hotel I came in touch with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Manaus. Great location as well. "
