"Location was very convenient for all trip destinations. Took 10 minutes to get into Amsterdam Central from Ruby Hotel. Also convenient location for the fast train to Leiden/Rotterdam. Hotel was lovely and check in was extremely easy and straight forward. Love that you can exchange a cleaning service for two free drinks. Drinks at hotel were good. "Citizen M South was full of kind and pleasant staff, good breakfast, great coffee, great power shower with plenty of hot water, super comfortable bed and easy check in and out. It was also located within a walking distance to the trains, metro and busses. The rooms were well isolated and quiet."

"The hotel is conveniently located and is a short walk (~10-15 min.) to the terminals. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff members were friendly. One of the main reasons why we chose this hotel was the availability of "connecting rooms". We did not need to sleep at the airport and could've stayed elsewhere, but we wanted a hotel that had such connecting rooms, and requested this months in advance. "Fabulous service, wonderful staff. We stayed 6 nights in the senator suite and had friends in 3 superior rooms. We enjoyed having the added space to entertain our friends. The staff were super accomodating us with extra glasses and water so we could entertain in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again. Park here, uber into town. Cheaper than a cab in town. Steigenberger lives up to our expectations every time!"

"The hotel is very nice, the staff are lovely, the bar on the top floor has a good atmosphere, there is a park close by. You need to get a tram to the city centre which is easy to reach and fairly cheap. There are no restaurant or bars close by. The hotel is 20mis from the airport in the hotel shuttle."

"The hotel had a lot of original features which was charming. The staff on reception were great and both check in and out was very smooth. Our room was clean and well stocked. The hotel is very close to Rietlanden tram station, which takes you to Amsterdam Centraal in no time.
