「The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. 」

「Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Doma in dining room, authentic Nepalese...

「Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit das Essen sehr lecker. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben und wohl gefühlt 」

「Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.」

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」

「The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. 」

「Spacious room, quite clean, and everything functional. Very well stocked minibar/fridge, welcome for late arrival. Breakfast buffet quite good. But, the location is not correct as given on the map in the listing. Had selected based on location in listing. That made it a negative experience overall, as it made me late for my morning appointment. 」
