I loved that there was parking but depending on the time day of you came back it was often full (only fits about 17 cars), and you had to get creative with parking elsewhere (5 creative spots). 「Hotel was good, downside was the balcony, It was only big enough for a chair that faced the wall. Loved the eco friendlyness, we opted to not have the towel change everyday. Room was not that clean when we arrived. Hotels.com said the hotel had a VIP facility for gold status. I emailed hotel prior to arrival to confirm this. They said they did not offer this」

「Perfect location and view, friendly helpful staff. Good amenities and restaurant. Really liked that you book the sauna just for you each time. The only negative was parking. Not enough, whats there is filled all day and evening with day tourists to the pools so on returning to the hotel in an evening we had to park elsewhere and then go out last thing and move the car if a space had freed up to save getting a fine in the morning.」

「C'est un complexe hotelier qui a beaucoup d'activités ausi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants (tennis, golf, piscine,atelier, etc...). Il y a toutes les informations nécessaires pour organiser des visites à l'accueil. Le personnel est fort sympathique. C'est un endroit agréable entouré d'une magnifique végétation. 」

「Well deserved 4star resort hotel. Our standard room had a balcony facing the ocean. Resort had 2 restaurants, multiple pools, and many other amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy for our one-night stay. Breakfast had lots of variety of food. Room itself was really clean and in perfect condition, good layout, comfortably firm bed and pillows. Parking could be a bit of struggle if checking in late, there’s only a strip of parking spots along the side of the building, approximately 25-30.」

「Nice place to stay outside of the hustle/bustle of Funchal, close to hikes. Construction on beachfront supposed to be done by early summer according to locals. Great restaurants, bar and bakery on the street for evening options, but a bit limited for longer stays. Hot tub was really nice set up, but had wildly ranging temperatures from 32 degrees Celsius to 47 at one point, so was often not really usable.
