"Lovely hotel and a prime location. Staff were friendly and the lowest price room was great! All in all, we had a nice stay but there just need to be a few tweaks to guest comfort to warrant the 4* in my opinion. The spa is a bit misleading, you don’t really need to book a time slot as the booking is only for the use of a relaxer chair. Also, they didn’t provide slippers in the room - we were sent back to the room from the spa ( different building across the public footpath) to get changed into...

"Amazing hotel on the lake! Lovely staff who were attentive, amazing Aperol spritz on the terrace/jetty which was amazing. You can dive off the bar area into the lake. Will be back."

"Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Quality hotel, I recommend it!"

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

"Great hotel generally, and this was our second stay. Service was generally good and the staff work hard. The only exception was when we ate at the hotel in the evening. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "
