"Overall good location and clean rooms "

"Beautiful resort. Great location in Key West, access to all possible activities and restaurants. Downside of „ocean view“ rooms is that the view is almost always blocked by the gigantic Cruise ship that dock a few yards away from the hotel. Thus, no extra money should be charged for „ocean view“ "

"Nice place "

"Turn down service was questionable. We were there for seven days and not once was the room cleaned. We had to request linens, towels etc…. Personnel were very friendly. The rooms were nice. Easy and convenient. Valet for 30 dollars a day, questionable. Though valet attendants were excellent and allowable. Restaurant was expensive yet nice. However, everything is expensive."

"Great place "

"We took my dad here for his 90th birthday. The trip was all about him and he loved the resort. We were able to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel, and the accessible room worked out perfectly. They also had a lift chair to get him in the pool, but we didn’t take advantage. The staff were very accommodating, and the resort is quiet but close enough to the riff raff on duval st. Highly recommend this resort!"

"it is at the end of Duvall so there was no constant passing traffic. There were a lot of noisy pesty chickens on the street though."
