"This hotel is in the heart of old town where most of the touristy spots are located and very walkable. Hotel is very clean, located in a very nice area and is close to bars and shops. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, our room is very spacious with a very spacious outdoor area overlook the old town. Breakfast is nice, you have variety for everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"They offer family room for 4 people, in all other Hotels in area you need to book 2 rooms. Nice little hotel close to airport with shuttle (7 Euros per ROOM)."

"The Grand Hotel Zagreb was a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and with all the amenities to make anybody’s stay a pleasure. The continental breakfast that was included offered a variety of good options to start your day. The staff at the hotel provided a professional service. The only drawback was the location. The hotel was kilometers away from the town center so we had to rely on taxi or Uber services to move around since we did not have a car."

"The best thing was the location (one corner of the "horseshoe") provided good access to Trg Tomislav and Trg Jelacic, both by streetcar and walking. It's a pretty good hotel overall and worth coming back to."
