「Yotel Hotel酒店房間內基本照明不足；且沒有提供如拖鞋、飲用瓶裝水、電熱水器、牙刷、飲用品、行李架等的基本用品或設施。是次入住的房間坐廁水掣存有故障，淋浴室花洒水壓不足。個人覺得以一間“酒店”而非“青年旅舍”標準作為收費的房間，酒店方不應及不能借環保為由而去剝削或削減客人付費應享的服務、設備、日用品及客房清潔服務等，而實則是為減省自身營運成本及增加利潤。酒店位置不錯，便於出行、餐飲及購物。」

「We arrived and were checked in by a very helpful gentleman, nothing was too much trouble for him. Follow that with an excellent room and a huge bed all lovely and clean. We booked a meal in the restaurant and again we could not fault it, the staff were excellent and very polite. Breakfast was boffet style, but the food was continually being replenished. 10 out of 10」

「All staff were very friendly and helpful. When we couldn't find a table for my mum to eat at in the bar, the receptionist booked us into the restaurant immediately. Breakfast was delicious and beds very comfortable. 」

「The hotel was cute. Really awesome pub next door. The room perks were great. I'd say the only minus one this property is the closest roads that go by the hotel are taxi and bus only until a certain point at night. I only found this out from a local, otherwise I might have tried to drive there, which would have been impossible. Not even sure where I would have parked. 」

「The room we stayed in wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it to be. Sticky marks on tables, bedside tables, yellow stains around sink/bath taps, the chairs, carpets in room were in need of replacement, carpets and wall paper in ground corridors need to be updated too. The reception, restaurant and surrounding areas were lovely, clean and modern. 」
