"The grounds are absolutely spectacular. Incredible, world-class gardens, village charm, and a true cultural experience. The ambiance is incredible. The staff was also amazing. One staff member was a particularly great English speaker, and throughout the day, she would proactively check on us and offer recommendations or help. Other staff wasn’t as good with English, but were incredibly genuine and caring, and the language challenge was nothing a translation app couldn’t overcome. Rooms were...

"Great hotel, a stone’s throw from the train station. Loved my room, staff were friendly. Breakfast a bit limited, but it’s thrown in. Washing machines and detergent on the ninth floor with a large terrace for drying your togs. Thanks!"

"This hotel was a new option for me this visit and I liked it. The location had quick access to downtown Hsinchu by walking 20 mins. The local train station was walking distance. As we were visiting company's south of the river this was an ideal spot as the traffic in the city is very busy. This hotel also had free self serve laundry which was a huge help on a long trip."
