「It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if...

「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」
