"After staying at another Neo hotel recently, i was disappointed with this property. The room is pretty run down, definitely in need of an update. The toilet seat was broken. There was this internittent pumping sound every 45 secs or so, coming from the rooftop or an adjacent room, it was annoying but not bad enough that i couldn't fall asleep. It did however had good hot water flow. The staff were friendly. The area was really quiet."

Al meternos en la cama a las 11 pm, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvo que venir el chico de recepción a cambiarlas pero nos puso unas que estaban "menos manchadas"!!! ya que el mismo chico nia dijo que todas estaban parecidas.... ¡lamentable! Además, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y pedí un secador de pelo en recepción, pero el chico me dijo que estaban todos "ocupados" y ya eran las 11 pm!...
