"Very good location in the heart of Shari. Excellent staff and service. Breakfast buffet is ok, supermarket down the street is fairly well stocked. Easy access to all the sights on the Shiretoko Peninsula. Only negatives are the small room and hard pillows, otherwise a great place to stay."

"Stayed there on 1st of July during our 8days in Hokkaido, got a tatami room for 4 adults with buffet breakfast & dinner,room was clean and nice but very hot as it's located at a corner of 1 of the tower where the morning & afternoon sun shines brightly throughout. Very crowded hotel with lots of local tourist, front desk speak good English. "
