「Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming.」

「My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「The hotel staff are super friendly, nice and helpful. Mao provided great help with our travel enquiries within Sapa. The hotel is neat and tidy, had a very good mountain view from my room.」
