「The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.」

「My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.」

「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. This lovely hotel offered a shower room for us at 7:00a.m when we arrived Sapa on the first day and they did the same when we left Sapa in the evening. This was absolutely a very heartwarming arrangement...

「This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. 」

「The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return...

「There were lots of things to love here and lots of things that need some attention. The sheets really need some good bleach and the heater in the room needs to be more functional. That being said the staff were very helpful and the place had a certain charm. 」

「Sapa house is awesome. Especially, the manager, Joseph, has good attitude. He will help you to book everything you want like the local tour, the train or bus tickets and the price is fair. We had a good stayed ever in Sapa. Also, The room is clean and the location is good and quiet.」
