"We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property. Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot. He also made superb restaurant recommendations and shared the location for the best gelato in Italy! Alessandro clearly enjoys his job and takes guest experience personally.
