「Friendly and helpful employees. Convenient location to a Migros nearby and frequent bus to Luzern bahnholf. Easy parking at the basement or the public garage opposite. The room is clean but a little bit small for a family with two kids. Boring continental breakfast with only boiled egg but very helpful in saving the budget. 」

「The hotel is old but the price is fair. The location is convenient for eveything. The restaurant Coop and the Lion Monument are just in walking distance. Bus No 1 and 19 are near the hotel which are just a few stops to Luzern train station or walk within 15 mins to the train station and Kapellbrücke. 」

「Disgusting hotel!!! There were 5 sizable spiders hanging in the ceiling on top of the beds which I won’t expect in a city hotel! More to come throughout the night which we can’t sleep at all! The trash in the hotel hasn’t been cleared and with the rubbish from the precious guests! The lamps is broken. No lift to my room as it is in the roof top. The staff is very rude! I suppose to stay 3 nights with fully paid and non-refundable but we still decided to move to another one as it is not...
