「be very careful when u walk down from 1/F to lobby, watch out for the last step with marble & dark carpet, it's a trap. I tripped, 6 stiches, neck injury, wrist hurt, blur vision. happened 4 hours before my flight back. no further help or concern once u left hotel in ambulance. hospitality? negligence?」
