「I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and its location is simply unbeatable—close to everything while still feeling safe and secure. The hotel itself has a charming, old-world atmosphere, but with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. Overall, a fantastic experience in every way.」

「It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge. 」

「be very careful when u walk down from 1/F to lobby, watch out for the last step with marble & dark carpet, it's a trap. I tripped, 6 stiches, neck injury, wrist hurt, blur vision. happened 4 hours before my flight back. no further help or concern once u left hotel in ambulance. hospitality? negligence?」

「I don’t feel welcomed by the receptionist named Aakash and the stupid design of the staircase. The location was not that good neither.」

「TV didn't work and was not fix it even after reporting multiple times. Air-conditioning couldn't be adjusted and couldn't change the settings below 21 deg Celsius. So we were sweating all night and couldn't get good sleep. 」

「The location is excellent and just few steps next to the train station and tram station. Those staff are very friendly and nice. The room is also so comfortable that you can open the windows and let the fresh air come in.」
