「Great hotel, could not accommodate early checkin however they held our bags and we were free to explore. Lovely bar for a night cap, which also served food if needed. Beds confortable, and very convenient for the old town, walked into the main town and train station, Jewish Quarter, well positioned for everywhere.」

「It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests. To be more specific the he self-check-in machines weren’t working and didn’t recognize my reservation number,...

「Very clean, tidy rooms」

「Great hotel and location, great breakfast. I was here with a school group and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the street. Hotel was very clean and in perfect condition. We ate in the hotel in the evening which wouldn’t recommend and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. If you don’t want dinner in though it is worth 5 stars! 」

「住宿比較特別係沒有面紙，不過沒有問題，我們已經在超市買了。不過顧客要步行半層樓梯到房間，共10級，有大型行李就要留意。職員表示不會協助顧客，就算行李達28KG,也會拒絕，所以要留意了」
