「The hotel is located conveniently. The service was courteous. First the positives: The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and all fixtures were clean and functioning.. Some of the concerns issues we faced: - after-hours check-in process is a problem as the hotel gates close and lights are turned off after hours. 「髒髒的，沒有熱水可以淋浴，向飯店反映是說會處理，不過最後還是洗了幾天冷水澡。(所幸天氣不冷)」

「So these guys kept insisting that hotels.com confirmation number is not what it says on the booking...had anxious moments...they need to b educated on how the association with hotels.com shud work...then thy said they have a booking not via hotel.com but Expedia...bad user experience for us」
