"A beautiful stay right on the water, this hotel is a fantastic gem! Located just a mile or so north of Sturgeon Bay, most restaurants will deliver, so you're not that far out of the way that it's inconvenient. Suites come with a full kitchen, so bringing groceries for a weekend is a great way to feel a sense of hone away from home. I highly recommend!"

"Garden Gate B&B is located near the actual Sturgeon Bay, which cuts across most of Door County from Green Bay . There is a shipyard directly across the street, but it isn't intrusive. Whistles at the start and end of the shift , that's about it. While the immediate area is unremarkable, the place is close to downtown in one direction and a lovely park on the bay in the other. "We wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay after spending the day hiking. This place was perfect for us. Not too big Not too small Great fireplace For decor Road noise was minimal Other guests were very quiet and respectful We stayed for four nights and were very comfortable.
