Hualien City Centre 3 Stars Hotels

"Our "standard double room" was pretty tiny. Some of the front desk staff seemed cold and unfriendly. I guess those are minor points. Excellent breakfast. The price was good so I shouldn't complain."

"The room is spacious. However, it is pretty dusty. We found hairs from previous tenants everywhere. Also, there are bedbugs which made redness spots on our arms and body. The worst is that my wife got food poisoning after she took the breakfast on our checkout day, 2/24/2025. She threw up badly in the train this morning when we were on the way to Taitung. Everything she ate this morning was all out. Then she vomited a couple times after we checked in hotel in Taitung. I was ok because...

"The hotel was in a good location. 5 mins walk to train station. Room has good deco the bathroom was nice has a tub and separate shower area. "

"Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel. "
