「The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe. Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard). The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at...

「The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.」

「前枱的一位金髮員工態度極度差劣，在首天check-in時除不斷強調要收現金外，對話間的表情語氣彷彿很嫌棄，眼神亦十分不友善，完全不helpful。房間沒有通風系統，洗澡後整個房間很大濕氣，如要通風就得開露台門，但露台對正對面大墳場，如介意不要選這間酒店。」
