"We arranged to stay as a stopover during a road trip. We specified that we had 5 people in our party (3 kids) and they were able to accommodate all of us in 1 room with a rollaway bed for an additional $20. Arrived after 10pm and had to bring the rollaway bed with us in the elevator. It was requested in the notes during booking so I expected it to be already be in the room waiting for us. Nope. It was fine though as we were so tired I was at least happy we didn’t have to wait for someone...

"They was great the reason I put a 3 star on staff is only because of 1 reason night shift was excellent 5 stars morning shift I felt like a child and tapped the bell as a funny but the lady had no sense of humor and snatched the bell from me with disgust I didn’t mean to ruin her day"

"Breakfast was not much. Waffle maker timer didn’t work first morning, but second morning it did. Waffle batter too thin first day too thick second day. Orange juice was in a little cup with foil lid couldn’t pull it open. Rooms were very clean and towels were very nice and plentiful. I would stay again but go out to breakfast."
