「Localização perfeita! Dentro da cidade antiga de Kotor ! Perto da estação de ônibus que utilizei vindo de Dubrovinik. Gostei do meu quarto , porém eu escutava tudo que se passava na rua . O Hotel necessita colocar janelas anti ruído. Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Só senti falta de um serviço de arrumação de quarto. 」

「It definitely deserves its 4****. Clean, tidy, big rooms, smart TV friendly staff to start ... The breakfast caters for the European mainly. Dont expect british food. Bring your own tea bags. The roof top pool is simply heaven 」

「Amazing service, shared rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi was amazing, the bathroom is shared but clean and you’ve got everything you need, shower gel provided. Shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing, literally across from Kamelija shopping centre and Voli supermarket. 」

「The hotel we preferred for Kotor. It was so nice that we extended our vacation for one more day. The woman who took care of us at the hotel was very sweet and smiling yüzlü☺️ The hotel was very clean, we had no problem parking the car. Breakfast was enough for us. Although we went out of season, it was a very caring and nice hotel. The view was also very nice. Thank you for everything ☺️ 」

「Superbe hôtel, famille, couple ou amis c est top. Grande piscine avec bar . Plage a côté (2min à pied passage privé),avec bcp de restaurants, magasin et supermarché. La mer est transparente attention tout de même aux oursins sur les pontons (pas dans l eau) . Le personnel de l hôtel nous a aidé pour les épines 😎 Le personnel est très gentil a la moindre question ils sont presents. Et le petit déjeuner est copieux . On a même des spécialités tout les jours (surtout les gâteaux...

「DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. 」

「The guy is a jerk. Clever fox. Very disappointing. Donot know why hotels.com accept that . After travelling from other country when we reached to contessa appartment the guy said our booking date changed.we paid for the, went to a badly located apartment, with luggage and guy is saying date change. In system its showing our date booking as hotel.com but in person he is saying no room. He didnt allow us to enter. Tried to communicate with hotel.com but their customer service is also...
