「During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot. 」

「Very friendly staff, rooms are clean. Only downside is lack of amenities (bring your own shampoo!). Construction at the moment makes it awkward to get to. Otherwise it's well-situated, 5 min walk from the metro and next door to a huge supermarket. Will definitely come here again if given the chance.」

「A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location of Evian. I stayed for a long weekend, and although the room was very nice, and I got a balcony, there was a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom, and although opening a window helped, it was not very handy being it was a bit cold. However the room was very nice, very comfortable and very clean. 」

「货不对办，订三人有起居屋223平方尺，入住是不能加床的双人房在路边加一張极细的床，双人床没路行去厕所，只剩房咭宽度的路，要挎過单人床，夜晚起身去厕所极不安全，没逃生路，非常危险。投诉没門，只能交消委會。」
