「櫃檯全日冇人接待，要去隔離餐廳搵接待員，非常不方便。房間沒有冷氣夏天去十分熱，最慘是入住當晚突然間電力供應故障，落樓下櫃檯沒人，打電話又沒有人接聽，跟住要發電郵找酒店人員，隔了10分鐘才有人打電話來詢問情況。在三十多度天氣下沒有燈沒有風扇情況下等了20多分鐘才有人來修理。弄了十幾分鐘後才有電力恢復供應，以後不會再入住這間酒店，因他的電力設施有問題。」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」
