"The hotel's location is excellent, in the center of the old city, full of attractions around, places to eat. The hotel itself is stylish, made in the style of a palace. Turkish bath is not worth much in terms of facilities, and spa services are not particularly attractive."

"A superb location with the comfortable airport bus right outside the door, and the downtown core within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, room was huge and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable and WiFi reliably fast. The breakfast was surprisingly good (excellent buffet selection). Great value for money for a really good night's sleep!"

"There are so many clubs nearby so if you aren’t partying you won’t be able to sleep properly at night due to loud bass all night "

"I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price. There are a few doner places nearby and a mini mart for small snacks. The only downside was that the walls are rather thin so you can hear the loud conversations from the the next room over and doors slamming throughout the night. The staff and service was good, I would stay here again."

"To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again. "

"The staff in this hotel are what makes it 5 star. Polite, respectful and so helpful. Huge room, spotlessly clean. Big bathroom and huge shower Had breakfast once, great value but far too much. My wife was unwell for most of the 12 days but they looked after us so well. Was stuck in bed for 4 days and in room 6 days. Lots of hot water. Towels and bedding could be better but no big deal. Could feel a bit noisy at times as sound travelled far due to building design. Not excessive though and never...

"Perfect Cozy Stay in the Heart of the City! This hotel was an absolute gem! Though small, it was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the city center, with all major attractions and fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place with a great atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommend!"
