"Room was clean, breakfast was better than most hotel hot buffets. Main lobby door locks at night and you need a room key to get in plus elevator needs room key. One elevator was not working so had some slight waits. Bathroom: I liked the small shelf above the sink but there were no hooks for hand towels. Overall it was a great place for a few nights while on business. "

"Breafast was amazing. Perfect place to stay while we had a water main issue at the house made it a mini staycation. Very clean staff was super friendly. "

"Only issue I had, and told the desk, was water temp was lukewarm and never got warmer. The overnight desk clerk asked me if I was a smoker, told no, he adked me if I was sure. I said yes, I'm sure and he still took a $50 hold on my card. It is still not refunded"

From the front desk staff to the kitchen staff, even to the call center reservation representative, they all provided such exceptional service. It was a pleasure staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Ft. Meade Area, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff are pleasant and helpful. But it is not a quiet hotel. The walls are very thin and we could hear next door's footsteps, TV, and all. Our neighbor had their TV on and I could tell which movie they were watching. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were too dry, not many seatings, not many selection, but it was free. I probably will not stay there again, I would prefer somewhere with thick walls. "
