"Room 4 has the best balcony ever! Sits right above Harry’s Ski Bar, so there is some great music and people watching every afternoon. "

"Cozy and clean room with a view of the Matterhorn. Older space but it was well maintained. Easy to walk to what you needed. "

"The facility and staff are friendly and they gave us drink vouchers if we elected not to have house keeping. It's a small uphill from Bahnhofstrasse which might be challenging for somebody with luggage or not used to walking a lot."

"Great location in the center of town. Restaurant downstairs is excellent. Family suite was perfect for 4 people. "

"There is no working exhaust in the bathroom. Water comes out in the shower to the actual bathroom floor. Since we were composed of 4 adults, we were assigned in the room that has no elevator access, tho for only one floor flight of stairs. But overall , it was a good stay. I like how close we are to the bus stop and McDonald’s is just connected to the hotel."

"Really convenient location! My first time in Andermatt and travelling by myself... i arrived by train and the Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the station. The atmosphere and ambience was welcoming and they have a nice bar and restaurant area, and outisde seating too. Really relaxing from the get go! Staff were super helpful, my bed was nice and comfy, and although I was in a room that shared a bathroom, I had sole use of it for the 4 nights i stayed there! The restaurant food was tasy, well...

"Very nice room with good bathroom. Reception is in adjoining property. Very nice breakfast included. Centre of Zermatt, close to train station, very good for ski access and for arrival and departure."
