"It’s was a great experience "

"Good value. Central location, close to BART for SF commute and various fun Oakland neighborhoods. Breakfast included. The gym has nice equipment. The valet parking is expensive but it's nice to have the car secure. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will continue to book here when in the area. "

"Property is approximately 7 minutes from San Francisco airport and with free parking! Continental breakfast was filling. Checking in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable, room spacoius and clean. This is my new go-to hotel when I visit San Francisco."

"First time staying here and we will definitely be back. My son had brain surgery Emergent UCSF , we came in from Sacramento CA. I found the hotel while I was sitting in his pre-op room. I called and asked if we can check in early. The front desk manage (I believe); said yes and he had the room cleaned early for us. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. We will be back in a few months for his second surgery,and will be staying here again. Nice Management and staff. "

"We got an interesting room where the sink was outside the bathroom and extremely tiny which was quite unexpected. Other than that everything else was good, the staff was amazing and helpful. Very convenient location, two blocks from the train and major streets."
