「Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. 」

「I was here for a couple of nights as it is well priced for a central hotel in Aachen in December. Its an Ibis Budget, so no frills, but shower was good, bed was comfortable. Yes, they are a little rough around the edges, but for the price, its good value. My only resrvation is that the local area is not brilliant - its near the bus station so quite busy, lots of kebab shops etc., but 10 minutes walk and you are in the CBD.」
