Poor sense of reception services.
"I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. ..."

"Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security."

"Sehr praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr bequemes Bett auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank war im Zimmer vorhanden. Freundliches Personal. 3 Schnelle Aufzüge. Sicherer und gut beleuchteter Parkplatz im Hinterhof vom Hotel."
