「Nydeligt lille familie hotel. Fantastisk udsigt over bjerge og byer, fra det store panorama vindue på værelset. Restauranten var lukket, men vi kunne alligevel bestille god mad fra menykortet. God vin, og god billig mad. Swimmingpoolen var ikke i brugbar tilstand ved besøget. Et godt sted at slappe af, og komme væk fra byens stress. Tæt på Okatse vandfaldet og Okatse canyon. 」

「Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good.」

「Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour 」

「Wir wurden in einem anderen Hotel einquartiert, als wir gebucht hatten. Dieses hatte dann keinen Pool, war aber in einem besseren Zustand, Gut war, dass wir morgens um 3:15 auschecken konnten.」

「Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.」

「Very hospitable owners of this house ❤️ Thanks to Vova and Khatuna for such a meeting ❤️ You are great! I liked it! They met me at the airport ❤️ then they also have a very tasty breakfast ❤️ the house itself is new, they opened only this year ❤️ The rooms are super comfortable, the level of a four-star hotel, that's the minimum ❤️ Vova's vodka is just super! I'll come again ❤️」
