"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. I observed a staff member helping a gentleman bring his suitcase into the hotel. Then the staff member went off to grab a towel to wipe it down since it was wet from the rain outside. Another staff member called a cab for us and actually walked us out under an umbrella to shield us from the rain. All of that was above and beyond my expectations. They were always courteous and smiling as well. "

"Such a beautiful hotel! Decent sized rooms by Japanese standards, plenty of room to open your suitcase. Very clean and very nice hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful and it felt quite luxurious walking into the lobby. Super convenient having the subway literally below the hotel but no noise issues. Bring part of a larger family group booking with three rooms, this was the only hotel that automatically put all three rooms next to each other which was very helpful. We would happily rebook...
