"Family and I had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few appetizers and drinks in the evening at the restaurant and it was all very well served and delicious. The breakfast was not worth the price, in my opinion, nonetheless it was appetizing. We will be back!"

"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. "Great location within walking distance of things to do / near bus stop to get around the city without needing a car. Friendly staff & clean facilities. Would be nice if there was breakfast since the ihop around the corner was always packed with lines out the door. "
