They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. "Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300!
