"Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day."

"Location is great and the breakfast is wonderful. Staff needs more training in customer service. There is a front and back entrance which is convenient but on the back stairs which are slippery when wet there are no rails."

Nov 7, 2019We highly recommend a trip to Sa Pa and to the Sapa Clay House. We went in late September and the rice fields were just harvested. The weather was great but we would recommend maybe late August or early September to see the rice fields.

Aug 21, 2019Get a local guide from tubudd.com. Inexpensive and amazing. Hike the mountain and spend the money to take the cable car to the top. A lifetime experience. Lots to see up there...temples, big Buddha, amazing views, bring a jacket....
