"The staff and service at this hotel were absolutely amazing. As is usual in Japanese hotels, our rooms were serviced every day and replenished with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was also tremendous, with tons of varied options. Lastly, this hotel also has free access to a public bath (sento)! This was my first time using one, but it was absolutely worth it. Will gladly come back if I am in this area."
