Payed for a “deluxe double room” advised “large double bed” This was not the case. We walked into the room to see 2 single beds, only to find out that you had to push the beds together and clip them to give us the “deluxe” experience

Situated in central London about a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station and a stones throw from Hyde Park. Conveniently located to access the West End, Park Lane and other parts of central London. The hotel is nice and clean. The room I stayed in was small but well designed with everything you need. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle and lots of complimentary drinks and a box of chocolates. There were a variety of international plug sockets to cater for travellers from all around the globe. The staff were courteous and professional and answered all the questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again.

Very dated. No direct elevator to rooms. Too many stairs making it difficult to lug luggage. Short of staff so have to wait for someone to help. Walking distance to Paddington station. Room clean but musty smell.
