"Beautiful view, beautiful room, beautiful pool, friendly staff "

"Always wanted to stay close to Universal Studios and Saw that the Sheraton is one of the hotels. We decided to stay there. Front desk staff was friendly and so was the bell hop guy who helped with our luggage. Our room was in good condition. You can tell it need some TLC but overall the room was great. View was nothing great to look at since it looked over the Valet parking but since we were only staying one night, it didn't matter. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well and thr bathroom was nice as well. Overall i would stay here again."

"Every staff member has been kind, welcoming and has given excellent customer service. The pool is large and clean, rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. I feel very safe with my children staying at this hotel. The airport shuttle has been extremely convenient and the drivers very nice. Great job to this location ! Thank you ! We will chose to return in the future! "
