You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge. "The mosquitos are a big problem for anyone coming to this property. Also they don’t have room service which is inconvenient at times. They allow random sellers to come to the beach and try to sell you random stuff for way over their value. Also the taxi and rental car they work with are extremely expensive compared to outside. Staff is lovely and helpful and room is nice. Food was always decent with many options to chose from. "
